When 21-year-old Tiarra Duncan of Charlotte, North Carolina, decided to whip up an orange ginger braised duck for dinner, she went to the market to buy the main ingredient: duck.
“I was expecting it to look like how a whole chicken or turkey does when you buy it,” Duncan told BuzzFeed News. “No head, no feet.”
Boy, was she in for a surprise.
