United Airlines reached a settlement Thursday (4/27) with Dr. David Dao, the passenger who was forcibly removed from Flight 3411 from Chicago to Louisville, which was overbooked, earlier this month.
The settlement amount remains confidential.
The airline also unveiled several policy changes it hopes will prevent a repeat of the April 9 incident, which sparked social media backlash and public outrage.
