Let me start off by saying this girl is safe.
Now that her health and safety is out of the way, what??? how?? why?? did this happen lol. Only at a Minnesota country festival would this go down.
Apparently this girl decided to get wasted at Winstock. After achieving this goal she somehow thought it'd be a sweet idea to put her head inside an big trucks exhaust pipe. Her head got stuck, fire department came, cut the tailpipe off, they put her inside of an ambulance with said tailpipe still on her head & they cut it off at the hospital (I know this is a run on sentence).
On top of that, it turns out she was only 18. She ended up with a minor and a ton of fees.
Only in Minnesota.
