INGREDIENTS:
- 1 package cake mix (yellow or white)
- 1 3oz pakage lemon instant pudding
- 1/2 cup oil
- 4 eggs
- 1/4 cup poppy seeds
- 3/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- Makes 2- 4 loaves
DIRECTIONS:
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Beat eggs for 2 minutes until kind of fluffy. Then add the rest of the ingredients and beat for 4 minutes. Pour into greased loaf pans (2 large or 3 small loaves). Bake about 45 minutes.
