Why You Should Give Your Brain an "Overnight Job"

What's the last thing you think about before you go to sleep? If your answer is "whatever I'm looking at on my phone" here's a MUCH better option.

According to Reid Hoffman, who's the founder of LinkedIn, you should give your brain an "overnight job."

Basically, right before you go to bed, think of a problem you want to solve creatively. It could be anything from how to land your dream job to how you could organize your closet.

Then go to sleep and let your subconscious mind think about the problem and work through some solutions.

Hoffman says when he wakes up, one of the first things he does is think about the problem again to see what new ideas his brain came up with overnight.
