Okay, maybe you know I play Wordle and Connections every day. First thing in the morning when I come downstairs and have coffee at the counter before work. And now there’s a new game I love. My friend Nate told me about it. It’s called Strands and it’s a word search puzzle with a super-cool twist. Just search NYT Strands. Give it a shot! Susan loves it too!
I have the Hot Dash 10K coming up in two weeks so I figured I should start taking it seriously. Saturday afternoon I ran 5 miles on the treadmill.

It had been a few months since I’d been up flying and Sunday afternoon was perfect for it! I flew out over Lake Minnetonka and took a short break in Buffalo before I came back. Just a perfect night!
