 Brian James, THE voice of KDWB 101.3 passes101.3 KDWB is sad to report that voiceover legend Brian James passed away from a heart attack this morning (3/6/09) at age 48. Since the early 90s, Brian was "THE VOICE" of KDWB. No one ever lived up to the standards of who we like to now call "the king." Whether voicing Pay Your Bills, Star Party, Jingle Ball copy or to doing voice-overs only Brian could do with the Dave Ryan in the Morning show, he was a legendary talent. Brian resided in Scottsdale, Arizona and is survived by his wife Kimberly, his son MAX, and stepdaughter Brooke. We will miss him dearly. We are indebted to him for the major role he played as a part of the success of 101.3 KDWB throughout the years.
