At a recent meet-and-greet in Miami, one fan had her dreams come true when the Bieb kissed her on the cheek. But it looks like she may have gotten more than she expected, because a picture has surfaced of the pop star grabbing her boob!

The picture was posted to a Justin Bieber fan site, but has since been taken down. But the fan, a girl named Jocelyn, has addressed the buzz around the picture, claiming that Bieber did not touch her like that - it only appears that way.
